The ASTSWMO Beneficial Use Task Force prepared this Beneficial Use of Coal Combustion Residuals (CCRs) Survey Report to update its information on State regulation regarding the beneficial use of CCRs. The report includes information regarding: State definitions of CCRs; classification systems and tiered approaches; large scale fills; and end-of-life management.

The ASTSWMO 2006 Beneficial Use Survey Report (November 2007)
This report is a compilation of information from a 2006 survey of State and Territorial beneficial use programs/decision-making processes for non-hazardous, industrial solid wastes. The Beneficial Use Survey Report (April 2000)
This report is a compilation of information regarding State and Territorial beneficial use programs/decision-making processes for non-hazardous, industrial solid wastes.
