A Workshop on Soil Vapor Monitoring, Vapor Intrusion, and Indoor Air was conducted during September 26-27, 2005 at the Hilton Harbor Inn in San Diego, CA. More than 60 State and Federal LUST remediation officials attended. The first day of the workshop included a comprehensive presentation by Dr. Blayne Hartman, principal of H&P Mobile Geochemistry on: Overview of Vapor Intrusion; Principles of Vapor Movement; Review of Federal and State Guidance, Methods to Assess Upward Vapor Risk, and Soil Gas Sampling & Analysis Methods.
